Itinerary

Day 1

Immerse yourself in the captivating dichotomy between the awe-inspiring remnants of a splendid history and the contemporary elegance of modern structures as you explore Athens.

Begin your journey with a visit to the Acropolis, the pinnacle of Ancient Athens' beauty and grandeur. Atop its rocky foundation, discover an array of monuments, including the magnificent Parthenon, the Propylaea, the temple of Athena Nike, and the Erechtheion with its iconic Porch of Maidens.

Continue your exploration with a drive to the Roman Temple of Olympic Zeus, the historic Panathinaikon Stadium (host of the inaugural modern Olympic Games in 1896), and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Constitution Square, where the Parliament House stands. Marvel at the 19th-century government buildings and refined structures.

Travel along Panepistimiou Avenue, taking in the sights of the Catholic Cathedral, the Academy, University, and National Library.

In delightful contrast, conclude your tour with a visit to the new Acropolis Museum, ranked among the top ten museums globally. This architectural marvel offers a comprehensive exhibition showcasing the splendor of Ancient Athens and its Acropolis. Don't miss the chance to enjoy a breathtaking view of the Acropolis from the museum's upper floors, with a special note that the third floor faithfully replicates the Parthenon itself.

Best Honeymoon Ever!!

We took a 10day honeymoon to Athens, Mykonos and santorini and everything was planned perfectly. The itinerary included amazing excursions such as a sailing cruise, caldera hike, tour of the acropolis etc. They were all great and the people working were all so nice. We felt like VIP’s the entire trip. Drivers were planned for us, boarding passes sent to us before the flights. The entire trip was stress free and we had someone in each location to talk to if we had questions. I will 100% be recommending Antelope travel to all my friends and family. Thank you!!!

Loved my experience with Antelope!

Anthony at Antelope Travel planned an AMAZING trip for my family. We spent two days in Athens and explored the historical sites there. Our tour guide for the Parthenon, Natassa, was awesome. She was so knowledgable about ancient Greece and we loved having her guide us through the ruins and the museum.
Next we went to Mykonos and had another amazing guide there named Jenny. She was funny and told us about the culture and history of the island. The hotel we stayed at was awesome and my two daughters loved the pool there. We took a yacht to a private island then toured Delos and really had a lot of family fun there. We also loved shopping in Chora and found that the island was easy to get around on the bus.
Our next stop was the breath taking island of Santorini where we stayed in a pituresque villa with our own swimming pool. The final day we took a catamaran cruise around the island, swam, snorkled and ended the trip with an amazing sunset.
Anthony thought of everything and planned our trip so well. I would recommend Antelope Travel to anyone wanting to explore the beauty that Greece has to offer.
