Departing from Mykonos at 10:00am
Return at 15:00
Guests will be picked up from a designated location and transferred to the Mykonian Spiti in the comfort of our private vehicles. Upon arrival, they will be warmly welcomed into our home with a traditional loukoumi and a taste of Teta’s homemade liqueur.
The experience begins with a visit to the vegetable garden, where guests will learn about cultivating seasonal produce. Back inside, they will be introduced to traditional Mykonian flavors, including rusk with kopanisti (a local spicy cheese), fresh tomatoes, olives, and louza (Mykonian smoked pork), accompanied by handmade wine and Cretan raki.
Before the meal is served, a 45-minute cooking demonstration will take place, led by our knowledgeable hostess. Guests will observe the preparation of classic Greek dishes such as spinach pie, stuffed tomatoes and peppers, and the famous tzatziki. Depending on the group size, participants may take turns assisting with the cooking process.
Once the demonstration is complete, a delicious lunch or dinner will be served, featuring the prepared dishes along with a seasonal salad, feta cheese, kopanisti, and a main course of giouvetsi (orzo with beef). The meal concludes with fresh fruit, a homemade dessert, and unlimited servings of handmade wine and raki.
To wrap up this memorable experience, guests will enjoy a group photo session, sign the guestbook, and receive a small gift basket (one per two participants) filled with traditional flavors and local delicacies.
The program is flexible and may be adjusted based on the number of participants and group preferences.
