Book this Package
As there is so much to see and do in Greece, cruise packages are perhaps the best way to see a lot of the country in a short space of time. Greece cruises are a way of being able to see several of the Greek islands and areas of the mainland meaning it is possible to soak up more of the real culture of Greece and the Greek people than you would staying in just one place for your holiday.

Itinerary

Day 1

You arrive in Athens for an overnight stay at your chosen accommodation. Take the opportunity to have some sightseeing time in this marvellous city where you can see the sights such as the Parthenon perched on top of the Acropolis, which looks stunning in the evening when all lit up.

Day 2

This is the first day of the classical tour. You will be picked up from your hotel and be driven to the Corinth Canal where you are able to have a short stop to stretch your legs and take some photographs. From there we head on over to Epidaurus and spend some time at the ancient theatre that is world famous for its remarkable acoustics. Another short stop, this time in Nauplia will again give time to take photos of the amazing city and surroundings before moving on to Mycenae and a visit to the archaeological site. The final leg of the first day's journey will take you through both Megalopolis and Tripolis before arriving in Olympia for an overnight stay.

Day 3

The second day of the tour starts in Olympia with a visit to the museum and the local archaeological site. Following this you are driven through Patras to Rion where you will cross over to Antirion on the fabulous new, and thought to be longest suspension bridge in Europe. After a brief stop in Nafpaktos you will be taken to Delphi for your evening meal and overnight stay.

Day 4

The last day of the classical tour is spent in and around Delphi, which is an exciting city with an interesting history. There are several archaeological sites in Delphi to explore and well preserved ancient ruins including the theatre of Delphi which is nestled into the mountainside and gives excellent acoustics. It is a proud example of fabulous Ancient Greek engineering. Other must see sights include the Temple of Apollo, the Tholos and the athletic statues. After spending the day in Delphi you will be taken to Athens for an overnight stay.

Day 5

You will be collected by a driver after breakfast and transferred to the port where you will embark on your three day cruise. Your first stop this same day will be at Mykonos. Arrival is expected to be around 6pm with departure at 10pm. Mykonos is a lively island in the summer with plenty of sights and attractions to ensure your free time there can be easily filled.

Day 6

After an overnight journey you will be arriving in Rhodes at around 9.30am. You get to spend the whole day on the island and will depart at 7.30pm. This gives you plenty of time to enjoy the wonderful attractions of this beautiful destination. The Colossus of Rhodes is classed as one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, and although no evidence exists today or the structure, it is believed to have straddled the Mandraki harbour mouth. Currently there are two small deer statues standing on the spot thought to mark the feet of the Colossus. Rhodes old town is a beautiful place for shopping for traditional souvenirs, or for sitting in a caf? watching the world go by. A trip up the acropolis at Lindos on the southern part of the island gives amazing views across the island and the bay below.

Day 7

Today allows you to take in two different destinations, Patmos and Kusadasi. You will arrive in Patmos at 6.30am and depart at 10am which gives just enough time to explore the town, soak up the atmosphere and pick up a few souvenirs. With Turkey being so close to Greece, cruises often take in at least one stop in the country and this cruise is no different. Arrival in Kusadasi is expected at 2pm with a departure time of 6.30pm. You are able to take some time and barter in a bazaar, buy traditional Turkish delight and perhaps even pick up a bargain rug or two from the many sellers you will find all vying for your business.

The Perfect Greek Vacation

Me and my Girlfriend took a trip to Greece with Antelope Travel and it was nothing short of perfect. Their driver and staff were super helpful, polite, and warm. We gave them a few ideas and they turned it into an amazing itinerary that was both packed with fun things to do and good recommendations and flexibility to allow us to discover our destinations in Greece to the fullest. We highly recommend their services and we will be going back to them for our next Greece vacation!

Fabulous trip and attention to detail!

Anthony Alagiah with Antelope Travel planned the perfect family trip for us in June 2023. Anthony was a pleasure to work with, he communicated in detail and was very responsive to any questions I had and even stayed in touch while we were in Greece.
This was our first visit to Greece and he patiently guided me during the planning process and planned perfect itineraries for Athens, the islands and the mainland so we could experience a variety of different parts of Greece. Keeping three teenage boys engaged and interested isn't always easy but all of Anthony's tours, tour guides and activities worked perfectly for all of us!
We had many air, land and sea transfers and Anthony's planning and his partners ensured that everything went smoothly for us.
We were referred to Anthony from friends and I highly recommend him! I have now referred other friends to him, as thanks to his expertise, we had a fantastic family trip to Greece.
Athens, Santorini, Naxos, Meteori, Delphi, Athens

Amazing Travel Agency

Anthony and his team did an amazing job organizing our eight day trip to Mykonos and Santorini. They chose two excellent hotels that met our budget, and booked car transport and inter-island ferries for us. He also gave a bunch of great restaurant recommendations and was able to help us book a few last-minute items, including a wine tour! He also had local representatives on each island who we were able to call with random specific asks (e.g., last minute club reservations on Mykonos).

The only thing we'd change is that we wish we had been able to spend even MORE time in Greece! In fact, we're already hoping to take another trip next year, and if we do we'll definitely be using Anthony and team again!

Having worked with other travel agents in other regions who do not do nearly as good a job, we can honestly say we are really happy with our Antelope experience!

Detail Details Details

We worked with Anastasia at Antelope travel, who was amazing. She arranged a four hour tour in Athens and then 3 nights in Mykonos and 3 nights in Santorini. It was a truly amazing trip. All the guides hired by the travel agency (Athens and Delos day trip) were knowledgeable and friendly. The transfers and transportation was timely and efficient. The hotel in Mykonos (Myconian Imperial) was a real treasure.....we loved it. I rarely work with travel agents because I think I can do it on my own, but this trip was truly marvelous because of Anastasia's efforts. We want to thank her for all her help!!

Incredible Trip!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Anthony & his entire team from the very start of our planning our vacation to Greece all the way through of traveling back home to Chicago. Anthony & his team ensured our entire trip was seamless. We started in Athens for 24 hours, then to Mykonos for 4 days and then Santorini for 4 days. The planning & attention to detail made the whole trip one of the best travel experiences of our life. Anthony & his team were referred to us by a couple of other friends who had also worked with them for their vacations to Greece over the past few years & we will continue referring Anthony to anyone we know who is traveling to Greece because of our incredible experience!
